BEFORE USING THE AFML WEBSITE (the "Site"), PLEASE READ THESE TERMS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You and AFML agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within King County, Washington. Any action concerning any dispute You may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one year after the cause of the dispute arises, or the cause of action is barred. The paragraph headings in these Terms are included to help make these Terms easier to read and have no binding effect. These Terms comprise the entire agreement between You and AFML with respect to the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. The failure of AFML to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
